Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At MobileWaleBhaiya, our goal is to provide every customer with a transparent, fair, and hassle-free experience. This policy outlines the terms related to order cancellations, returns, refunds, repair services, and warranties. We recommend reading it carefully before placing an order or booking a service.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests must be made only via:

  • Orders placed during special offers, discounts, or clearance sales are not eligible for cancellation.

  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Return Policy (For Products)

We accept returns only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in brand-new condition

  • Original box, tags, labels, accessories, and invoice are intact

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Returns are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Products that are physically damaged or altered after delivery

  • Devices with tampered IMEI numbers, software modifications, or unauthorized repairs

  • Refunds are processed within 7–21 working days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

  • Refunds will not be approved if the returned product fails the quality check.

4. Repair Service Warranty

MobileWaleBhaiya provides a warranty on repair services performed by our certified technicians.

  • Repair Warranty Period: 3 Months

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Battery

  • Microphone

  • Speaker

  • Charging port

    (Only if the issue occurs due to natural malfunction)

The warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original device and customer.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim, please contact us at:

Please provide:

  • A short video clearly showing the issue

  • Order Number / Registered Mobile Number / IMEI Number

  • Copy of the invoice

Our support team will respond within 12–24 hours and arrange inspection or pickup if required.

6. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty becomes void in the following cases:

  • Physical or liquid damage after repair

  • Bent, cracked, or frame-damaged devices

  • Damage caused by excessive force or pressure

  • Any attempt at self-repair or third-party repair

  • Software or hardware issues unrelated to the original repair

  • Data loss (customers are advised to back up data before repair)

7. Limitation of Liability

The warranty strictly covers only the parts and services replaced by MobileWaleBhaiya. It does not apply to any pre-existing issues or unrelated problems identified later.
